Admissions will be through Web Based Counseling.
CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION:
- Certificate Verification is mandatory for exercising options.
- Processing Fee to be paid is Rs.400/-
- Certificate Verification of special Categories i.e., PH/NCC/CAP/Sports & Games will be on 02.11.2011 at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masabtank, Hyderabad only.
- Other candidates can go to any one of the 6 Help Line Centres mentioned below:
1. Govt. Inst. Of Printing Technology, East Marredpally, Secunderabad. 2. Govt. Polytechnic, MGM Circle, Warangal. 3. Govt. Polytechnic, Benz circle, Vijayawada. 4. Govt. Polytechnic, Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam. 4. S.V. Govt. Polytechnic, Tirupathi. 6. Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Kadapa.
II. Original Certificates to be produced for verification:
a) Certificates to be produced by all other Candidates:
1. SSC or equivalent Marks memo. 2. Intermediate pass certificate or its equivalent 3. VI to Intermediate Study Certificates. 4. Rank Card OR Hall Ticket. 5. Caste Certificate. 6. Income Certificate issued by M.R.O. after 01.01.2011. 7. Certificate in support of Non-Local Status (For Non-Local Candidates). 8. CAP/NCC/Sports/PH if applicable.

As per the Govt. Memo. No. 6905-C/SW.Edn-2/2010, dated 19.07.2011 of Social Welfare Department, Any student, whose family income is up to Rs. 1.00 lakh per annum, is eligible for a scholarship (However for SC/ST Rs. 2.0 Lakhs). Further “The Students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/DW/MW categories will be considered for sanction of Scholarships subject to Verification and Eligibility as per the orders of the Government.” However, Candidate has to pay a special fee of Rs. 500/-.
Note: Candidates have to download the allotment order on 04.11.2011 after 5 P.M. Candidates should read the instructions printed in the allotment order.
