is holding its
40th ANNUAL CONVOCATION
on Tuesday, 16th October, 2012 at 12.00 noon at
Jawaharlal Auditorium, AIIMS, Ansari Nagar
New Delhi -110029
1. Degree will be conferred to all those who completed their course and successfully passed exam held till December 2011. Ph.D. students whose viva were held till 31.08.2012 and have been declared successful are also eligible.
2. Eligible candidates may note that prior consent for participation in the Convocation is mandatory. The consent may be sent by e-mail/Fax/Post.
3. The last date for receiving consent is 12.10.2012 (1300 hrs.).
4. Candidates who do not send consent for the 40th Convocation shall be deemed to have opted for having the degree conferred “in absentia”.
5. 1st Rehearsal will be on 13th October, 2012 at 10.00 A.M. And final full dress will be on 15th October, 2012 at 11.00 A.M. All candidates are requested to be seated by 9.00 A.M. & 10.00 A.M. respectively in Jawaharlal Auditorium, AIIMs on these days.
6. Both Rehearsals are compulsory for the candidates and no exception will be made in this regard.
