Applications are invited to fill up seats in Intermediate 1St year in Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Gurukulams and Dr.B.R.Ambedkar IIT-Medical Academies through Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Gurukulams Intermediate Common Entrance Test (BRAG INTER CET – 2024). Interested candidates can submit their online applications from 25.01.2024 to 23.02.2024 through https://apbragcet.apcfss.in/

The commenced date and time of Entrance Test is scheduled on 10.03.2024 from 2.00 PM to 4.30 PM

Eligibility Criteria: The students, who are appearing for SSC Public Examinations in March – 2024 / 10th class from ICSE / CBSE on regular basis, are eligible to apply. The students who pass SSC in March – 2024 / 10th Class from ICSE / CBSE during the academic year 2023-24 on regular basis are eligible for admission into Junior Intermediate in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Gurukulams.

AGE: The age of the student should not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2024. In case of the students studying in Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Gurukulams and Social Welfare (SW) hostels have a relaxation of 1 year.

INCOME: The annual income of the Parent of the applicant shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as certified by the Grama Sachivalayam / Tahsildar / MRO.

Reservation:

The reservation pattern is as follows:

  • The candidates must opt the colleges and groups in order of their priority. The candidates to their preference, based on the
    availability of seats in those institutions as per the rule of reservation and merit. The option once exercised is final and cannot be changed.
  • The list of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Gurukulams (Junior Colleges) with groups and sanctioned seats is enclosed in the notification as Annexure – A
  • The candidates should download the Hall Ticket (Admit Card) one week before the exam date

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించబడుచున్న Dr. B.R. అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల్లో (APSWREIS) 2024-25 విద్యా సంవత్సరమునకు గాను ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష ద్వారా 5వ తరగతి (ఇంగ్లీష్‌ మాద్యమము) లో ప్రవేశమునకు బాలురు మరియు బాలికల నుండి దరఖాస్తులు తేదీ: 25.01.2024 నుండి 23.02.2024 వరకు ఆన్‌ లైన్లో సమర్పించుటకు గాను నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీచేయటం జరిగింది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన సమాచారం కొరకు Dr. B.R. అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల జిల్లా సమన్వయ అధికారులను (District Coordinators) లేదా Dr. B.R. అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకులాల ప్రధానాచార్యుల (Principals) వారిని గాని సంప్రదించగలరు.

అభ్యర్హులకు సూచనలు:

I. ప్రవేశమునకు అర్హత:
* వయన్సు: ఎస్‌.సి. (S.C) మరియు ఎస్‌ టి (S.T.) విద్యార్ధులు తేదీ 01.09.2011 నుండి 31.08.2015 మధ్య జన్మించిన వారై ఉండాలి. ఓ సి (O.C.),  బి.సి. (B.C.), ఎస్‌ సి కన్వర్టెడ్ క్రిస్టియన్స్ (BC-C) విద్యార్ధులు తేదీ 01.09.2013 నుండి 31.08.2015 మధ్య జన్మించిన వారై ఉండాలి.
* సంబంధిత జిల్లాలలో 2022-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో 3వ తరగతి మరియు 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో 4వ తరగతి నిరవధికంగా ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పాందిన పాఠశాలలో చదువు పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలి.
* ఆదాయ పరిమితి: అభ్యర్ది యొక్క తల్లి, తండ్రి/ సంరక్షకులు సంవత్సరాదాయము రూ.1,00,000/- మించి ఉండరాదు.

II. రిజర్వేషన్‌ వివరాలు:
* అన్ని గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల్లో S.C – 75%, BC-C (Converted Christians)-12%, ST-6%, BC-5% మరియు ఇతరులకు 2% సీట్లు కేటాయించబడినవి.
* ప్రత్యేక కేటగిరి (ప్రమాదకర కర్మాగారాల్లో పని నుండి తీసివేయబడ్డ పిల్లలు, జోగినులు, బసవిన్లు, ఆనాధలు, అత్యాచార బాధితులు మరియు సైనిక ఉద్యోగస్తుల పిల్లలు) క్రింద 15% సీట్లు కేటాయించబడినవి. అట్టి వారు సంబంధిత సర్టిఫికేట్ ను జతపరవలెను. వికలాంగులకు 3% సీట్లు కేటాయించబడినవి.
* ఏదైనా కేటగిరీలో సీట్లు భర్తీకాని యెడల, వాటిని SC కేటగిరి విద్యార్దులకు కేటాయిస్తారు.
* ప్రతి కేటగిరి నందు 3% సీట్లను సఫాయి కర్మచారి విద్యార్ధులకు కేటాయించబడును.
* అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల వివరములు పట్టిక – A (Annexure A) నందు ఇవ్వబడినవి.

III. ధరఖాస్తు  చేయు విధానం:
* ఆసక్తి గల విద్యార్ధులు https://apbragcet.apcfss.in/ ద్వారా ఆన్‌ లైన్లో మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తులు సమర్పించవలయును.
* తేదీ 25.01.2024 నుండి 23.02.2024 వరకు మాత్రమే ఆన్‌ లైన్‌ లో దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించడము జరుగుతుంది. తేదీ 23.02.2024 తరువాత దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించడము జరగదు.
* విద్యార్ధులు దగ్గరలోని ఏదైనా ఇంటర్నెట్‌ సెంటర్‌ ద్వారా గాని (లేదా) దగ్గరలోని Dr.B.R. అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో ఏర్పాటు చేయబడిన సహాయ కేంద్రం ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు సమర్పించవలయును.
* దరఖాస్తు చేయుటకు ఎటువంటి రుసుము చెల్లించనవసరం లేదు.
* ఆన్‌ లైన్‌ దరఖాస్తులో విద్యార్హి 5వ తరగతిలో చేరుటకు ఎంచుకున్న పాఠశాల వివరాలు తప్పనిసరిగా నమోదు చేయాలి.
* ఒకసారి దరఖాస్తు ఆన్‌ లైన్‌ లో అప్‌ లోడ్‌ చేసిన తరువాత ఎటువంటి మార్పులకు అవకాశము ఉండదు.

IV ఎంపిక విధానము:
2024-25 విద్యాసంవత్సరమునకు Dr.B.R. అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల్లో ప్రవేశము కొరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొన్న బాలురు మరియు బాలికలకు ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష తేది 10.03.202410.00 AM నుండి 12.00 noon వరకు నిర్వహించి అందులో వారు సాధించిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా అంబేడ్కర్‌ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో సీట్లు కేటాయించడము జరుగుతుంది.

TSR Junior Colleges are having adequate infrastructure facilities in addition to well equipped laboratories, libraries, reading rooms and play grounds with well equipped physical education department. c) OC Candidate must secure a minimum GPA of 6 and BC, SC, ST and minority candidates must secure minimum GPA of 5 in S.S.C or equivalent qualifying examination and GPA of 4 in English for all the candidates.

Scheme of Examination: Question paper shall be issued in Telugu/English (bilingual) only.

The question papers of TSRJC CET will be based on 10th standard in Telangana state syllabus for subjects and English will be General English.

1. Candidates seeking admission into Inter First year in 35 TS Residential Junior Colleges for the academic year 2024-25 have to apply for TSRJC Common Entrance Examination through online by visiting http://tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in.

3. Examination Fee: Rs.200/-

B. Arch & B. Planning JEE (Main) Admits Cards released – 2024

Release of Admit Cards for the Candidates of JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) scheduled to appear on 24 January 2024 (Paper 2) – Reg.

In continuation to the Public Notices dated: 12 January 2024, and 18 January 2024, Admit Cards for JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) are being released for the candidates scheduled for examination on 24 January 2024 for Paper 2A (B. Arch), Paper 2B (B. Planning) and Paper 2A & 2B (B. Arch & B. Planning both).

The city of the examination and the Date of the examination have already been intimated to all the candidates. The candidates scheduled to appear on 24 January 2024 for Paper 2 (B.Arch. / B.Planning) are required to download their Admit Card of JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) (using their Application No. and Date of Birth) from the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/ w.e.f. 20 January 2024 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin.

The candidates are advised to carefully read the Subject-Specific Instructions and other instructions mentioned in the Question paper and abide by the same.

In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the Admit Card for JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) along with the undertaking, he/she may contact 011-40759000 or e-mail at jeemain@nta.ac.in.

Age Criteria:

VI Class – Candidate should have completed 10 years of age as on 31st August, 2024 of the Academic year 2024-25 in which he/she is seeking admission. (i.e. DOB Between:31.08.2014(10 years) & 31.08.2009(15 years)).

VII Class – Candidate should have completed 11 years of age as on 31st August, 2024 of the Academic year 2024-25 in which he/she is seeking admission. (i.e. DOB Between:31.08.2013(11 years) & 31.08.2008(16 years))

VIII Class – Candidate should have completed 12 years of age as on 31st August, 2024 of the Academic year 2024-25 in which he/she is seeking admission. (i.e. DOB Between:31.08.2012(12 years) & 31.08.2007(17 years))

IX Class – Candidate should have completed 13 years of age as on 31st August, 2024 of the Academic year 2024-25 in which he/she is seeking admission. (i.e. DOB Between:31.08.2011(13 years) & 31.08.2006(18 years))

X Class – Candidate should have completed 14 years of age as on 31st August, 2024 of the Academic year 2024-25 in which he/she is seeking admission. (i.e. DOB Between:31.08.2010(14 years) & 31.08.2005(19 years))

Duration of Examination: 2 Hours (Objective Type).

Procedure for submission of Online Applications:
Students after satisfying the above conditions, have to pay fees through Mee-seva, online centers with particulars and obtain General number.

Mere obtaining general number will not be considered unless he/she submits the online application. The general number is only an evidence of payment of examination fee. After obtaining general number they have to submit online application to http://telanganams.cgg.gov.in/ (online).

The list of Model Schools and application formats are available in website http://telanganams.c.g.crov.in/ and the same may be downloaded.

Center for conducting examinations will be at Schools at respective Mandals (Name of the Center will be printed in the Hall Ticket).

Hall Tickets can be downloaded online as per general (reference) number allotted to the candidates (as per schedule indicated above).

Note: Hall Tickets have to be downloaded from website and no physical Hall Tickets will be dispatched by post.

Selection procedure:

Selections are made strictly as per merit list (marks obtained) and Rule of Reservation

as stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.24 Secondary Education (Prog.-11) Dept., dt.10.06.2016.

Rule of Reservation:

i. 15% and 10% seats in each class shall be reserved for candidates belonging to the SCs and STs respectively.

ii. 29% of the seats in each class shall be reserved for BCs and shall be allocated among the five groups of BCs as shown below:
a) Group-A 7%
b) Group-B 10%
c) Group-C 1%
d) Group-D 7%
e) Group-E 4%

iii. Physically Challenged students: 3% (In the reservation group of the students).

iv. EWS(Economically Weaker Section) Students: As per G.O.Ms.No.244, GAD(Ser.D) Dept., Dt:24.08.2021 EWS students who are not covered under the Scheme of Reservation for SCS, STs and BCs shall get 10% reservation other than subject to  submission of Income Tax Certificate issued by the Tahsildar at the time of finalizing the admission at School Level.

v. 33.33% seats shall be reserved for Girls in all categories as indicated in Clause 4(vii) of G.O.Ms.No.24 Secondary Education (Prog.-II) Dept., dt.10.06.2016.

vi. If sufficient number of candidates of any particular category are not available to fill up the seats reserved for that group, they may be filled up by suitable candidates as indicated in Clause 4(x) of the above G.O.

vii. Remaining seats will be filling with open category students.

viii. Each of the Classes VI to X has two sections with an intake of 50 per section. While admitting the Students, the Class shall be taken 100 Students per class for Classes VI to X. Admission for Class VI will be conducted for 100 intake and vacant seats will be filling for Class VII to X as on the date of Telangana State Model Schools Admission Test/opting of schools.

ix. Each Model School will be considered as a unit for admission. Local status of the candidate:

To decide the local status of the students who apply for admission into Class VI and for

vacant seats in classes VII to X, the following criteria will be considered.

i. Students of Erstwhile Mandal by virtue of domicile (nativity) where the Model School is located.

(OR)

ii. Students who have studied one of the two previous classes in Govt./Recognized Schools in the Mandal where the Model School is located are to be considered as eligible for Admission Test.

Example: For admission into Class VI the candidate should have studied either class IV or class V in the Mandal where the Model School is located. For admission into Class VII either V or VI, for admission into Class VIII either VI or VII, for admission into Class IX either VII or VIII likewise. In case if the seats are not filled by the students in the Merit list then non locals in the Merit list will be considered for admission.

Important instructions to students while filling the application format:
• Submission of wrong online information will lead to cancellation of admission without any notice.
• Caste and Date of Birth Certificates should be submitted to the Principal at the time of admission.
• Before submitting online application a sample application format may be filled and furnish correct information.
• Keep pass port size photo readily for pasting on the Hall Ticket.
• Utmost care should be taken while filling the online application. The candidate is responsible for any mistakes committed by him/her in online application and no further corrections shall be entertained.
• Mere submission of application from (or) appearing for admission test will not confirm any right to the student for admission into Model School.

The Telangana Government is providing quality education to the students of underprivileged, downtrodden and weaker sections of the society equally with the other developed sections to bring out the naturally hidden talents of the students there by preparing them to face the challenges of the 21st century. Taking this as a main goal, throughout the state SC, ST, BC and General Residential Institutions have been established through the welfare department. Applications are invited for admission into class V (English Medium, Telangana State syllabus) in (643) Residential Schools run by various Residential Educational Institutional Societies in Telangana State. Entrance Test will be held on 11-02-2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. in the District headquarters and other selected centres across the state.

I. ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA: Age:
A. Candidates belong to OC and BC categories should be born between 01-09-2013 and 31-08-2015 (9 years should be completed but less than 11 years).
B. SC and ST candidates should be born between 01-09-2011 and 31-08-2015 (9 years should be completed and less than 13 years).
C. SC Converted Christians/ BC-C candidates who were born between 01-09-2011 and 31-08-2015 are eligible for admission in Social Welfare Residential schools.
D. Annual Income of the parents should be below Rs. 1,50,000 in rural areas and Rs. 2,00,000 in urban areas.
E. Candidates who are studying in 4th class in the academic year 2023-24 are only eligible to apply. ( Candidates should upload a bonafide / study certificate of 4th class of this year)

II. Mode of Admission in Schools
F. Selection for candidates will be based on erstwhile districts (Old Districts).
G. Children of Fishermen of all districts are eligible for admission into MJPTBCWRS Koudipalli School. In this school admissions are provided basing on the merit and reservation of the candidate.
H. All the districts candidates in Telangana are eligible for admission in TRS Sarvail (Nalgonda District) Regional Centre of Excellence school. In this school admissions are provided basing on the merit and reservation of the candidate.

III. Entrance Test
A. Entrance Test will be in 1) Telugu 2) English 3) Maths 4) Environmental sciences 5) Mental Ability of 4thClass level for 2 Hours for 100 Marks in objective type questions. The paper consists of questions from 1. Telugu (20)2. English (25) 3. Maths (25) 4. Environmental Studies (20) 5) Mental Ability (10)
B. Answers should be bubbled in the OMR sheet.
C. Sample question paper is given in Annexure II and sample OMR sheet is given in Annexure III for the students.
D. The Entrance Test question paper will be in both Telugu & English Medium.

IV Examination Centres Entrance Test will be held in the centres selected by the concerned district authorities.

V Mode of Selection for Admission Schools
1. Merit in Test.
2. Reservation criteria (based on the rules of the respective societies).
3. Nativity.
4. Special Category (Minorities, orphans, children of the Army personnel, ST students of the Agency Areas and children of the employees who are working in the Agency Areas).
5. If more than one student score the same marks, rank will be decided based on the Date of Birth, marks secured in Maths, Secured Marks in Environmental Science one after the other are considered one by one to decide the rank.
6. The reservation for physically challenged Children (Divyangulu), Orphans and children of the Army personnel are considered in their respective caste reservation quota.
7. The Chief Convener has the right to allot the seats of one category to another category if there are no suitable candidates in any reservation category.
8. The vacancies in the special categories (Physically challenged, orphans, children of the army personnel) are filled as per the directions of the Government.
9. If the Tribal students of the Agency areas and the Children of the employees working in Agency areas are not available, these vacancies are filled with the Tribal students as per the directions of the Government.
10.The Chief Convener has the right to reject the admission of any student who got selected, if he/she is found ineligible for any reason.

On-line applications are invited for admission into Intermediate 1st year in Centers of Excellence (COE) Colleges functioning under the control of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad (TTWREIS). The TTWREIS is providing intensive coaching for IIT, NEET and other entrance tests for admission into National wide prestigious Institutions through Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Eligibility:

  • The students, who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March – 2024 / 10th cLass from ICSE / CBSE on reguLar basis, are eligible to appLy. The students, who will pass SSC in March, 2024 / 10th cLass from CBSE/ICSE during the academic year 2023-24 on regular basis are eligible for admission into Intermediate in COE Junior CoLLeges. No suppLementary student is eligible for admission into COEs.
  • The annual income of the parent should not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (for Urban area) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for RuraL area). Income certificate issued by concerned MRO to this extent should be submitted at the time of admission.
  • The students from Telugu Medium (OR) English Medium in 10th cLass are eligible for the entrance test.
  • The age of the students should not exceed 19 years as on 31.08.2024.
  • The students should produce all relevant original certificates at the time of admission and then only the admission will be confirmed.

All the seats in Science groups (MPC & BPC) of all the COE institutions are reserved for ST candidates as per the state population.

PHC: 2.5% of overall seats shall be reserved to the Physically Handicapped (Orthopedically handicapped, Hearing impaired and Visually handicapped, Loco-motor disabled) students irrespective of caste, who can attend their work without anybody’s help based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board.

Note: Without entrance examination, The PVTG students can take admission at in TTWR COE PVTG (Girls) Hayathnagar, TTWR COE PVTG (Boys) Hayathnagar for Science and Arts groups based on their merit (GPA) obtained in SSC Public Exams – March 2024. A separate notification will be issued for admission into PVTG COEs after declaration of SSC Public examinations – March 2024 results.

Admission procedure / Selection process:

  • The applicant must submit his / her application through ONLINE only by visiting the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in (or) http://ttwreiscoe.cgg.gov.in/
  • The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards Registration fee. This payment should be made through credit card / Debit card / NET banking / UPI Payment.
  • Before filling the application through online, the candidate have to read the Prospectus which is uploaded in the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in (or) http://ttwreiscoe.cgg.gov.in/
  • The admission into the following COEs will be filled first based on the merit obtained in the screening test and preferences given by the candidates.

  • Each question carries ONE mark. Each Question has only one correct / appropriate answer.
  • For each wrong answer 1/4th mark shall be deducted.
  • 4 sets of question papers (SET-A, SET-B, SET-C & SET-D) shall be there duly jumbling the questions.
  • The candidates should write and bubble the set (series) of question paper given to them in the space provided in OMR without fail. Otherwise the valuation cannot be done.

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to the PG Certificate Courses of TV Wing of Film & Television Institute of India, Pune (FTII), a leading educational institutions in the art & craft of film making and television production, need to go through a multi-stage selection process which includes Written Test, Orientation and Interview which is called the “FTII Entrance Examination – exclusively for 2023 batch of TV Wing’s PG Certificate Courses”

The Written Test is of three hours’ duration consisting of objective and subjective questions and will be conducted in 05 cities across India. Based on the score of the candidates in Written Test, candidates will be shortlisted for the further stages of the selection process i.e., Orientation and Interview. Thereafter, on successful accomplishment of all the requisites, candidates will be enrolled in their full time regular programmes.

FTII Entrance Examination – exclusively for 2023 batch of TV Wing’s PG Certificate Courses” is a pre-requisite for admission to all the courses mentioned below of FTII’s TV Wing;

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

The minimum educational qualification to be eligible to apply for all offered courses is Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in any discipline.

Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree and awaiting results, can also apply for all PG Certificate courses.

However, it may be noted that such candidates, if selected, are allowed to join the course, only if they submit a mark sheet, passing certificate, on or before 10th March 2024, from the Controller of Examinations /Principal /Registrar or any other equivalent competent authority of the University /Institution /College, stating that the candidate has appeared for his/ her graduation examination and he/she is a graduate/ Passed.

RESERVATIONS:
In each course, 15% of the seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe (ST), 27% for Other Backward Classes candidates belonging to the “Non-Creamy” layer (OBC-NCL), and 10% for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) as Gen-EWS. Further, 5% of total seats are reserved on horizontal basis for Persons with benchmark Disabilities.

APPLICATION FEES:
1. Women applicants and applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) need to pay Rs 600/- as application fee. All other applicants need to pay Rs 2,000/- as application fee.
2. Application fee is to be paid through SB Collect portal against “FTII Entrance Examination – TV Wing 2023 Batch”.
3. Remittance in cash, demand draft, postal order, cheque etc. will not be accepted.
4. Applications without the prescribed fee OR fee received after due date would not be considered and summarily rejected. No request for consideration or any representation against such rejection would be entertained.
5. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other selection or course etc.

HOW TO PAY APPLICATION FEES:
1. Click on the link https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm OR visit www.onlinesbi.sbi and further click on “SB Collect” which is at the top left, vertically 06th from left to right.
2. In search option type FTII Fee Account, click & proceed.
3. Under Payment Category, click on “FTII Entrance Examination – TV Wing 2023 Batch”
4. Fill in all the asked details like Name, Date of Birth, email id, mobile no., and select the course you wish to apply.
5. Based on your category & gender, select application fee as either Rs 2,000/- or Rs 600/-. For details, please see prospectus and Information Bulletin.
6. Under Enter Your Details, select “Individual”
7. Once again enter your Date of Birth, Mobile no. and email id.
8. Finally, follow the remaining procedure as directed and make payment accordingly.
9. Please complete the entire procedure preferably in 03 minutes else SB collect portal may display pop up of “session expired” and applicant then need to then repeat entire process.
11. Check the transaction status. If it shows “successful”, it may be considered as payment is done. However, if it shows “pending”, reconfirm the status after 2 to 3 hours, pending transaction may fail and the amount is reverted back to the user account. It is advised to carry-out payment at the earliest without waiting for the due date.
12. Once payment is done, please note “SB collect Reference Number i.e., DU number” (mentioned in payment confirmation receipt). This may be required for future reference as well as it is required while filling the online application form (which needs to be filled separately).
13. Digitally store the receipt of payment. This can be carried out in one of the following ways;

(i) by taking printout of receipt of payment, scan & save it

(ii) by taking screenshot of payment (if using mobile) or print screen (if using computer)

(iii) by simply taking a photograph from mobile. This digitally stored receipt is also required to be uploaded while filling the online application form.

HOW TO APPLY:
1. Application will be received online only. Applicants should fill the online application form at https://forms.gle/qXctAxfXvkyyTSa59. Other means of application or offline application will be rejected.
2. Applicants are advised to pay application fee before they commence to submit online application form.
3. Applicants should fill up the application form after ensuring that they fulfill all the essential qualifications and other requirements for the course they are applying for.
4. Applicants must carefully fill all the required details in the online application form and wherever asked/ required, upload scanned copies of necessary documents.
5. Applicants must upload:
(i) Documents/ certificates in support of all the claims made by them in the application like, Required Qualification(s), Category (if any), Disability (if any) or any other information, separately against each claim in pdf file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 1 MB per document and is legible when a printout taken. For that purpose, the applicant may scan the documents/ certificates in 200 dpi grey scale.
(ii) It is mandatory to upload graduation certificate for the candidates. Those who have not yet received their graduation certificate/provisional certificate from the college/university are required to submit a course completion certificate duly signed by the competent authority or self-declaration in the given format by the applicant.
