The eligible candidates applied in response to this office Notification dated 22-07-2011 and 08-08-2011 and submitted the application form for registration for admission into B.Sc.(Nursing) 4 Yrs, Post Basic B.Sc., (Nursing) 2 Yrs, BPT and B.Sc., (MLT) Courses for the academic year 2011-12 are informed to attend the counseling at any one of the following centers as per the schedule given below:
The merit list of the eligible candidates and the list of not eligible candidates of the above courses are displayed on the Website of the university http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in and Notice Board of the University. The candidates are advised to attend the counseling alongwith copy of the Merit order which can be downloaded from the University website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in by entering Name /Demand Draft Number/Date of Birth.

1. Category “All candidates” means OC, BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E, SC and ST candidates (boys & Girls), to consider them under open as well as category seats as per rules.
2. Open category and caste reservation category allotment of seats will be made on the same day.
3. The SC/ST/BC category candidates can take admission under open category seats followed by their respective category on the same day.
4. BC/EBC/Physically Challenged/Minority candidates are exempted paying tuition fee only if their parental income from all sources is less than Rs.1,00,000/- Per Annum. The Income Certificate issued by the M.R.O. after 01.01.2011 will alone be accepted. In addition to the income certificate, candidates have to submit the salary certificate of their parents who are employed.
5. As per G.O.Ms.No.60, Social welfare (EDN2) Dept., dated 27-09-2011 SC/ST candidates are exempted paying tuition fee only if their parental income from all sources is less than Rs.2,00,000/- Per Annum. The Income Certificate issued by the M.R.O. after 01.01.2011 will alone be accepted. In addition to the income certificate, candidates have to submit the salary certificate of their parents who are employed.
The candidates are directed to bring all the original certificates and two sets of attested Xerox copies and shall pay the University fee at the counseling center as shown against each course mentioned below by way of demand draft drawn in favour of “Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences” payable at Vijayawada on any nationalized bank. The tuition fee and other fees has to be paid at the respective colleges.

NOTE:
1. The candidates are informed to note down their Merit Order.
2. No individual intimations will be sent with regard to Merit Order.
3. Candidates may have to stay one extra day if necessary.
4. Mere attending the counseling does not confer right for admission as more number of candidates are called for counseling than the available number of seats.
5. The candidates who are not present physically in person will be treated as absent.
6. Only one Parent or Guardian is allowed along with candidate for the counseling.
7. Late comers will not be permitted in the continuing session. They will be considered in the subsequent session.
